Controller and data we receive

Digitalpathgrid, Level 8, 39 Große Bleichen, Hamburg 20354, is the controller. Contact info@digitalpathgrid.digital. We receive contact details, service preferences, correspondence, booking and invoice information, and the workplace context you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive employer documents or unnecessary personal data.

We process enquiries and deliver bookings to take steps at your request and perform a contract. We retain essential business records to meet German tax and accounting duties. With consent, we may use optional analytics; consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients and international transfers

Necessary data may be handled by hosting, email, video-call and accounting providers under appropriate agreements. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Unbooked enquiries are normally deleted after twelve months. Session working notes are deleted six months after delivery unless an earlier deletion is requested and no legal duty requires retention. Invoices are kept for statutory periods.

Your rights

Under applicable law you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and withdraw consent. You may complain to the Hamburg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.

Security and cookies

We use access controls and proportionate technical safeguards. No internet transmission is completely secure. See our cookie policy for storage used on this site.
