Cancellation and refund policy
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling and no-show terms for Digitalpathgrid consultations and team briefings.

Private consultations
Cancel at least 48 hours before the agreed start for a full refund. With 24–48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule once without charge or request a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable because preparation and appointment time have been reserved.
If you arrive late, the session normally ends at the original time. If Digitalpathgrid must cancel, you may choose a new time or a full refund.
Team briefings
The proposal states any deposit and project schedule. Unless that proposal says otherwise, deposits become non-refundable once tailored research, interviews or materials have begun. Work not yet started is refundable. Venue, travel, interpreting or purchased materials are refundable only when the supplier refunds them to us.
Rescheduling requested at least ten working days before delivery is normally offered once, subject to availability and unrecoverable costs. Later changes may incur documented preparation or supplier charges.
How refunds work
Email info@digitalpathgrid.digital with your name, booking date and reason. Eligible refunds are approved within five working days and returned to the original payment method, normally appearing within a further five to ten banking days.
Statutory consumer cancellation rights and exceptions under German law remain unaffected. Where you expressly request service to begin during a withdrawal period, payment may be due for work already performed.
