This half-day briefing is for teams onboarding international hires, combining German and international working styles, or experiencing recurring friction around directness and decision-making.
Up to twelve participants work through real but anonymised scenarios, compare assumptions and agree on a small set of team practices. The fee includes a planning call, tailored facilitation and a written team agreement. Travel outside Hamburg and translation are quoted separately.
