Terms of service
Terms governing Digitalpathgrid workplace culture consultations and team briefings in Germany.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and scope
By booking or using a Digitalpathgrid consultation or briefing, you accept these terms. Our work provides educational, intercultural guidance. It is not legal, tax, immigration, medical, psychological or employment representation.
Booking, fees and client responsibilities
A booking is confirmed when scope, time and fee are agreed in writing. You are responsible for supplying accurate, lawful and non-confidential context. Fees and payment timing appear in your confirmation or organisational proposal.
Intellectual property
Digitalpathgrid retains copyright in original session materials. You may use supplied notes internally for the purpose agreed. Recording, resale, publication or adaptation requires written permission. You retain rights in materials you provide.
Liability
Advice depends on the information available and cannot guarantee employment, promotion, team performance or a particular workplace outcome. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the fee paid for the affected service. Nothing excludes liability that German law does not permit us to exclude.
Conduct, cancellation and ending service
We may stop a session for abusive, discriminatory or unlawful conduct. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds follow our refund policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rights remain unaffected. Contact info@digitalpathgrid.digital with questions.
